What Fletch is
Fletch is a website builder. It lets you create a branded launchpad page (a “pad”) and gives other people a form to launch tokens and trade them on a bonding curve. Every launch, trade, fee sweep and fee claim is a transaction that you sign in your wallet and that goes to the Pons V2 smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. Fletch has no smart contracts of its own, never holds anyone’s funds, never holds anyone’s keys, and cannot reverse, pause or undo anything on chain.
What Fletch is not
Fletch is not an exchange, a broker, a custodian, a money transmitter, an investment adviser or a financial institution of any kind. It does not issue tokens, does not endorse tokens, and does not review or vet what people launch on pads. It is not affiliated with Robinhood, with Robinhood Chain, or with the Pons V2 team; those names are used to describe the chain and the protocol the pads run on.
Tokens on pads are made by their launchers
A token launched on a pad is created by whoever signed the launch transaction. That person chose the name, the symbol, the artwork, the description and the creator tax. Fletch and pad owners are not responsible for those tokens, their value, or what their launchers say about them. Anything called a “memecoin” should be assumed to be exactly that.
Risk
Tokens on bonding curves are extremely volatile and very often go to zero. Buys in the first seconds after a launch carry a snipe tax of up to 99%. Smart contracts can have bugs; chains can halt; wallets can be compromised; transactions cannot be taken back. Only use money you can afford to lose entirely, and never treat anything on this site as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.
Fees
Fletch charges nothing. The Pons V2 protocol charges a launch fee, a curve fee on each trade, and the creator tax set by a token’s launcher; those fees are set and collected by the protocol’s contracts, not by Fletch, and can change without notice. Gas is paid to the chain. You can read the current numbers on the fees section of the docs, and Fletch reads them live from the factory at 0x7eD5…EC7e so the site never shows a stale fee.
Your pad, your responsibility
If you create a pad you are responsible for its name, its artwork, the wallet you route fees to, and whatever you tell people about it. Don’t use names, logos or branding you don’t have the right to use. Don’t use a pad to mislead people. Pads that impersonate other projects, companies or people, or that are used for scams, can be removed from the Fletch directory without notice; the tokens already launched through them keep working on chain, because Fletch can’t change that.
Availability
The site is provided as is, without any warranty. It can be slow, wrong or offline, especially when the public RPC is busy. The chain and the protocol keep working without it: your tokens, fees and balances live on chain, and the code for the site is open, so anyone can run a copy on their own domain.
Privacy
Signing in means signing a message with your wallet; the site stores your wallet address, the pads you create and the launches recorded on them. It does not ask for or store email addresses, names or passwords. Wallet addresses and transactions are public on the chain by nature.
Where you are
You are responsible for knowing whether using this site, launching tokens, or trading them is legal where you live, and for any taxes that result. If it isn’t legal for you, don’t use it.
Changes
These terms can change; the date at the top says when they last did. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Questions? The docs explain how everything works; the contract addresses are in the footer of every page.
